Together with TISCO’s own 2025 recruits, Daming’s new employees participated in a special joint training session. Yang Jun, Senior Engineer and Distinguished Expert at TISCO, shared his insights on comprehensive technical classification of stainless steel, material properties, and corrosion resistance. He also introduced key production processes such as smelting and rolling, helping the young professionals strengthen their technical foundation.

Leadership Perspective: Party Education and Site Tours

In a special lecture, Secretary Wu Haishan emphasized the importance of aligning personal growth with organizational frameworks. Drawing on real-world management and compliance cases, he encouraged the recruits to “blossom their talents and showcase their brilliance within a framework,” promoting discipline, institutional awareness, and continuous learning. Comparing Eastern and Western cultural thinking, he urged the young professionals to integrate cross-disciplinary perspectives into their career development.

The group then toured several of TISCO’s major facilities, including the Li Shuangliang Exhibition Hall, the 4300 mm sheet plate production line, and the stainless steel cold and hot rolling lines, offering participants an up-close view of intelligent production systems and cutting-edge steel technologies. A visit to the TISCO Museum further highlighted the company’s rich industrial history and underscored the depth of its strategic investment relationship with Daming International.
