Daming Processing and Manufacturing Supporting Export Business Cases

In terms of upstream resources, Daming unites with upstream steel mills; in terms of processing services, the Group links up with ten processing centers, giving full play to their processing advantages; in terms of manufacturing support services, Daming Yangtze River Manufacturing Base (Jingjiang) cooperates with many domestic and overseas leading manufacturing enterprises and Fortune 500 enterprises, and more than 60% of its business is oriented to overseas markets.

Based on the export base in Wuxi, Daming Import & Export Company will link up Daming’s ten processing centers and manufacturing bases along the Yangtze River (Jingjiang) with the other two export bases (Daming Tianjin and Daming Jingjiang), and is committed to providing “one-stop” full-process services for overseas business.

Daming has successfully served several large-scale paper-making projects, and the processing projects include prefabrication and molding of vessel wall plates, processing and welding of large heads, and fabrication of large cylinders.

Daming is currently supporting new energy manufacturers with battery racks, cases, covers, polysilicon reduction furnaces and other components.

At present, the maximum diameter of Daming Tube Plate reaches 10 meters (extreme challenge 11.9 meters) and the maximum drilling depth is 1.1 meters.

At present, Daming has provided high-quality packages for customers in the marine industry, such as inner bulkheads of chemical tankers, the largest offshore wind power installation vessel solid pile frame (gear box), marine scrubber towers, marine fuel tanks, and so on.

Daming has been cultivating clean energy products and services with heart and soul, with advantageous products such as high strength magnetic yoke steel processing, storage tank prefabrication, large structural parts and precision cut parts, etc. Meanwhile, Daming has been actively working together with customers to develop new products for clean energy, and has already serviced many projects of molten salt tanks of photovoltaic thermal power plants, key hydroelectricity projects, large-scale LNG tanks, and parts of clean energy equipments.

Daming Heavy Industry has China A1/A2 pressure vessel design and manufacturing certificate, ASME product U/U2/S certificate, and can provide large stainless steel, special corrosion-resistant materials, reactors, tanks and other types of products, processing and ancillary services.
