The business of Daming Carbon Steel targets at cold rolled, hot rolled, medium and heavy plate, high strength steel, wear-resistant steel, container plate, etc., and its customers are head enterprises of new energy, elevator, automobile, chemical industry, construction machinery, mining equipment, commercial vehicles, environmental protection, etc. It also has a high share in the prefabrication of large-scale tanks and other niche areas, and has provided differentiated services for many large-scale projects and key projects at home and abroad with unique advantages.
In the field of high-strength varieties of steel services, Daming has widely covered a number of varieties as thin as 0.8mm, with a high strength of more than 1400MPA.
For example, in the field of commercial vehicles, the application of advanced high-strength and wear-resistant steels, which are varieties of carbon steel, in commercial vehicles still faces a series of problems such as material selection and processing support to varying degrees. At the beginning of 2021, seizing the opportunity of the growth momentum of engineering dump trucks, Daming actively linked with HISCO Handan Iron & Steel to develop non-tempered wear-resistant steel NM450TP supporting dump trucks with good plate shape, full stress release, and high rate of material formation.
In 2022, based on the deep cooperation with Baosteel and its own excellent processing strength, Daming successfully opened the thin specification ultra-high-strength BS960E hot-rolled coils, which can replace imported materials.
In 2023, Daiming successfully challenged the processing of HC1030/1300MS, an automotive martensitic ultra-thin high-strength steel with 1.6mm and tensile strength of nearly 1400MPa.
Daimyo’s high-strength steel processing is moving toward the trend of ultra-thick ultra-high-strength, ultra-thin ultra-high-strength, and ultra-hard ultra-high-strength.

1、Girder Steel
Daming’s bending and processing of beam steel is characterized by leading technology, individualization and high efficiency, especially in the continuous processing of super-long automobile beam steel with the advantages of leveling-straightening-cutting-bending-punching and edge shaving, with excellent control of straightness and internal stress of the products.
