Shandong Daming Secures Additional Batch Order for Tank Fabrication

Shandong Daming has completed the first batch of non-pressurized tank test units for a new customer project. The units passed full-scope inspections conducted by the client, confirming compliance with all technical and quality specifications. Following the acceptance, the customer placed an additional order for 60 production sets, now under execution.

To ensure stable and efficient delivery, a dedicated project team was established from the outset. Production was organized under a standardized process flow covering slitting, leveling, sandblasting, rolling, and welding. Key welding operations—including root pass, filling, and cap welding—were optimized through precise parameter adjustment to maintain consistency across all stages from raw material preparation to final forming.

A full-cycle quality control system was applied throughout production, including self-inspection, mutual inspection, and dedicated quality inspection. Dimensional accuracy, weld integrity, and surface quality were verified at each stage to ensure full compliance with customer requirements.

Final inspection was conducted jointly with the customer, who confirmed satisfaction with product quality, processing consistency, and delivery performance, resulting in the confirmed batch expansion order.
