At the initiation of the project, the technical team of Hubei Daming visited the customer’s workshop, accurately studied the usage scenarios and core requirements. Through several rounds of technical briefing, key indicators of the saddle parts were clarified.
In view of the difficulties in the welding process, the team innovatively put forward a number of solutions. After repeated tests and comparisons, the best welding process was selected with high efficiency and low consumption, which ensures the load-bearing strength and safety while significantly reducing the cleaning and grinding process in the later stage, saving more than 10% of the processing cost.
Relying on the group’s advantages of strong material supply chain, Hubei Daming scientifically coordinates raw material procurement and the technical design, realizing a 15% increase in plate utilization and precise compression of the processing cycle.
Through the whole process of one-stop service (material cutting – rolling – welding – quality inspection – JIT logistics), it boosted communication efficiency and shortened the delivery time by 5 days earlier than industry standard, which helps the customer to get on the ground floor in the market.
