In the heart of summer, where passion meets preparation, Daming International officially launched its 2025 Campus Recruiting Talent Training Program under the theme: Know what you want to do, and be smart.

For the new generation stepping out of the classroom and into the real world, this isn’t just onboarding—it’s a transformation. In just one week, these aspiring professionals have begun their journey from students to contributors, and from learners to leaders.

Every morning at 7:30 a.m., the day kicks off—not with laptops or meetings, but out on the training field. In uniform and standing tall under the morning sun, new team members shout out slogans in unison, building a sense of unity and drive.

This military-style training isn’t just for show—it’s their first real taste of discipline. With each drill and formation, they’re picking up more than just routines; they’re learning focus, accountability, and mental toughness—skills that’ll stick with them long after training is over.

The training program’s first stage is a blend of depth and breadth:

  • Corporate values and culture
  • Career development and planning
  • Steel industry fundamentals
  • Production process insights
  • Sales strategy and customer engagement
  • On-site visits to Daming’s processing centers

This rich curriculum provides more than information—it gives clarity, purpose, and a foundation that will guide their every decision as they integrate into Daming’s dynamic ecosystem.

One of the most impactful moments of the week was the Talk with Daming People session, where two of the company’s senior leaders—Chen Zhongwei (GM, Stainless Steel Division) and Jiang Suiqiang (GM, Carbon Steel Division)—offered their time, their stories, and their insights.

From how to succeed in sales to how to build your brand in the workplace, their candid advice provided not just direction—but inspiration. Their words weren’t just guidance; they were a promise of what’s possible within Daming.

On Saturday, July 19, the team stepped away from the classroom and into nature for a team-building cultural excursion.

Together, they climbed Huishan Mountain, their sweat and smiles a testament to shared determination. Later, they wandered the historic Huishan Ancient Town and explored the heritage of the Wuxi Museum—blending physical challenge, cultural immersion, and emotional connection.

These moments weren’t just refreshing—they were revealing. Through teamwork and shared experience, a group of individuals became a community.
