Non-quenching and tempering wear-resistant steel cut to length

Daming has also been at the forefront of the industry in terms of non-quenching and tempering wear-resistant steel.  Because of its fast batch delivery, low cost and high quality, non-quenching and tempering wear-resistant steel is widely used in industries such as concrete mixer trucks and slag dump trucks.

Daming Group introduced the world’s top high-strength and ultra-high-strength steel folding production lines such as FIMI, NOVA and VIGANO from Europe and the United States a few years ago. This series of production lines can achieve multi-pass linkage straightening, and can perform online straightening and folding operations on materials with a yield strength of 1200Mpa and above, fully ensuring stress release. The non-quenching and tempering wear-resistant steel processed in Daming has good results such as flatness <5mm, diagonal <3mm, no deformation in subsequent cutting, and high comprehensive yield rate. At present, non-quenching and tempering wear-resistant steel has been processed in batches such as folding and bending in processing centers such as Jingjiang, Tai’an, Tianjin, Wuhan, and Taiyuan, and has successfully provided supporting services for China National Heavy Duty Truck, Henan Juntong, and CIMC.

Daming takes advantage of the processing advantages of imported high-end Kaiping equipment, and uses the increased plastic deformation of high-strength steel during processing to eliminate the stress of high-strength steel, providing high-strength steel stress relief solutions for customers in the aerial work vehicle, truck crane and other industries. The traditional means of stress relief for high-strength steel mainly adopts heat treatment process. The Daming solution is to repeatedly bend and deform the steel plate during the Kaiping operation of its ultra-high-strength equipment, so as to achieve the purpose of eliminating the uneven distribution of tensile/compressive stress in the material. The proportion of plastic deformation of the steel plate section reaches more than 70%, achieving the effect of stress relief. This solution can effectively control the subsequent material side bending, improve the forming consistency, and reduce welding deformation, and can meet the customer’s requirements for fast delivery, multiple specifications, high yield, and low cost. At present, it has provided arm lifting supporting services for many crane booms, aerial work vehicles, etc.

In recent years, Daming has taken advantage of its own processing advantages and carried out material and processing practices in other fields, providing “one-stop” services from ultra-high strength (yield strength of 1400-1600MPa) cutting, bending, ultra-long beam steel forming and machining, to the production of protective chassis structural parts.
