Since its establishment in 2016, the crew has conscientiously performed its duties, actively and efficiently cooperated with marketing to complete every task delivered by customers, and has successively won the honorary titles of “Safety 1000 Demonstration Crew”, “Company Annual Quality Gold Medal Team”, “Group Annual Excellent Team”, etc. At the same time, many annual or quarterly “Excellent Employees” have emerged in the team.

In order to improve the processing service capabilities of the equipment and help alleviate the order pressure of 2 slitting machines, the Crew and equipment department have carefully discussed, upgraded, transformed and optimized, and further expanded the processing range, which can realize the processing of the materials: cold rolling, hot rolling, and carbon steel, with a thickness of 1.2mm-8.0mm, and the processing efficiency has been greatly improved at the same time, providing strong support for the sales department to better develop business.

In order to meet the strict requirements of high-end customers for finished product size accuracy, burrs, etc., the team combined work experience and seriously discussed countermeasures. By adjusting the process, tool selection and other measures, they successfully completed the commission of each customer and won unanimous praise.
