Recently, two of Daming’s ten processing centers joined hands to successfully deliver a 304 brushed stainless steel toolbox project for special vehicles.

In the face of the customer’s high standards for materials and production capacity, Shandong Daming and Tianjin Daming through the Group’s internal synergy to efficiently complete the production, highly recognized by the customer.

Precise coordination to crack the capacity bottleneck

The project used 304 brushed stainless steels, and the surface treatment requires both aesthetics and durability. After receiving the order, machining center of Shandong Daming responded quickly with a satisfactory machining plan. Because of its limited production capacity availability, another processing center of Daming nearby, Tianjin Daming, was invited to collaborate on the production.

Tianjin Daming relies on advanced cutting, forming and drawing process equipment to optimize the multi-level grinding and fine polishing process, overcome technical difficulties such as texture uniformity and scratch resistance, and ensure that product quality meets standards.
