Chongqing Daming Pre-processing Line Quickly Ramps Up, Reaching 341 Tons of Daily Output

Following the commissioning of its pre-processing production line on June 4, Chongqing Daming has quickly achieved stable production. In the first month of operation, the line processed 3,427 tons of materials, with a peak daily output of 341.8 tons. Multiple customer orders were completed and delivered ahead of schedule, further enhancing Chongqing Daming’s local processing and delivery capabilities.

During the initial commissioning phase, the Chongqing Daming team worked closely across production, engineering, and quality functions to optimize processes, improve equipment performance, and ensure smooth order fulfillment. The line transitioned from trial operation to stable production in less than one month, achieving consistent output and efficient operation.
