On August 2nd, Taiyuan Daming held its 2025 Semi-Annual Work Summary and Management Seminar, centered on the theme “Pragmatic Change Gathers Momentum, Innovative Expansion Embarks on a New Journey. The event brought together cross-functional teams for in-depth discussions, departmental reviews, and strategic planning for the remainder of the year.

Led by General Manager Ni Chen, Financial Director Liu Yanlin, and Executive Vice General Manager Lu Chunyu, participants were divided into three groups to explore two core topics: creating an innovation-driven environment and effectively supporting marketing efforts. Also on August 2nd, Jingjiang Daming held its 2025 Semi-Annual Work Summary Meeting, highlighting the company’s resilience and commitment to core goals amidst external challenges.

Deputy General Manager Yuan Kang reviewed the performance of stainless steel sales and project orders, emphasizing a balanced view of strengths and areas needing improvement. He introduced industry-focused initiatives and a results-driven roadmap for the second half, aimed at enhancing profitability, risk control, and performance delivery.

Deputy General Manager Zuo Yeming addressed operational performance and safety management, emphasizing the merits of continuous improvement in systems, personnel development, and production efficiency.

 

Sales leaders Li Xiaoliang (Carbon Steel) and Gu Dong (Fabrication) delivered targeted departmental analyses, identifying key sales tactics, challenges, and forward-looking strategies for growth.

 

In his closing remarks, General Manager Deng Liangfeng issued a call to action, encouraging the team to remain confident, focused, and driven. “In the face of a more complex market environment, we must challenge ourselves continuously, act boldly, and ensure the achievement of our full-year objectives through persistence and teamwork,” he emphasized.

General Manager Yang Shun acknowledged that while overall results in the first half of the year were below expectations, areas such as deep fabrication, specialized steel, and engineering projects delivered standout performances. He highlighted improved inventory turnover and reduced excess stock as key operational wins.

 

Looking ahead, Yang emphasized a sharper focus on “low inventory, fast turnover, and market share,” calling for the optimization of marketing teams, performance-driven contract fulfillment, and deeper utilization of group resources to strengthen market competitiveness. He also stressed the importance of efficient internal systems and stronger incentives for teams.

 

With encouraging signs from July’s performance, Yang urged all employees to “take responsibility, act swiftly, and pursue excellence” in driving results across all levels.
