Hubei Daming, one of Daming’s eleven processing centers, has once again demonstrated its expertise in high-end sheet metal precision processing by completing the rapid production and delivery of high-precision stainless steel components for a major papermaking equipment cooling system project. The delivery was completed within a strict three-day deadline, demonstrating the company’s commitment to cost-optimized, high-performance sheet metal solutions for the manufacturing industry.

The project involved the fabrication of key stainless steel parts that required multiple precision processing steps, including slitting, leveling, laser cutting, and CNC bending, on 2–3 mm thick material. Hubei Daming was tasked with overcoming two major production challenges:

 

  • High-Accuracy Cooling Hole Fabrication: The use of traditional hole-drawing was prohibited to prevent material deformation. This required laser cutting technologyto achieve precise hole diameters with clean, burr-free edges.
  • Strict Flatness and Form Control: To ensure the assembly quality and optimize heat dissipation efficiency, the components had to maintain minimal sickle camber and exceptional surface flatness.
