Shandong Daming Completes Safety Assessment for New Roll Forming Production Line

As part of Daming Group’s ongoing safety management program for newly introduced processes, equipment, materials and technologies, the Safety & Environmental Protection Department recently completed a detailed safety diagnostic review of the new roll forming production line at Shandong Daming.

A joint inspection team consisting of safety, equipment and process specialists conducted a systematic assessment across the entire production line, focusing on four key areas: equipment operation, process safety, material storage and hazardous chemical management.

During the inspection, the team reviewed critical systems including roll forming units, cutting mechanisms and hydraulic systems, while verifying equipment operating procedures, safety interlocks and emergency stop functions. Potential risks related to equipment components, operating practices and process controls were identified and recorded for corrective action.

The assessment also covered safety protection systems such as protective barriers and safety light curtains, as well as material storage management, hazardous chemical handling procedures, spill prevention measures and fire safety facilities. Improvement recommendations were provided based on the identified risks and operational requirements.

Following the review, more than 20 improvement items were identified and documented in a corrective action plan, with clear responsibilities and completion deadlines assigned to ensure effective follow-up and closure.

Moving forward, Shandong Daming will continue strengthening safety inspections, employee training and operational monitoring to further improve production line management. These continuous improvement measures will help enhance operational reliability and support safe, stable production for customers across various industries.
