Daming Group Convenes 2025 Mid-Year Business Review and Strategic Management Conference to Align Growth Objectives

Daming International held the 2025 Mid-Year Business Review and Management Conference at our headquarters in Wuxi from July 26 to 27.

As a leading provider of integrated steel processing and supply chain solutions, Daming Group took this review conference as a strategic platform to assess year-to-date business performance, realign operational priorities, and accelerate progress toward the Group’s annual goals.

Driving Operational Excellence Across Core Business Units

The Mid-Year Review Conference was chaired by Mr. Liang Zongren, President of Daming International. Senior leaders representing the stainless steel, anglinis plienas, and manufacturing segments, alongside heads of production, technical, and corporate management, delivered detailed reports on the performance of key financial and operational indicators, as outlined in the 2025 Comprehensive Budget Framework.

Each presentation gave a thorough analysis of achievements and challenges during the first half of the year while outlining specific initiatives and improvement measures for the second half to drive sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.

He underscored several guiding principles essential for future success, including customer-centricity, employee engagement, the “Four Beneficials” of new business development, product portfolio optimization, and subsidiary empowerment. His address provided actionable direction to ensure performance alignment across all departments.
