Hubei Daming Completes 304 Stainless Steel Internals for Chemical Equipment Project

Hubei Daming has completed the fabrication and delivery of a batch of 304 stainless steel toothed internals for a leading chemical equipment manufacturer. The components were manufactured, inspected and packaged at Daming’s facility before being transported directly to the customer’s project site. The project covered engineering coordination, precision fabrication, quality inspection and dedicated logistics, providing the customer with an integrated solution from drawings to site delivery.

The project involved tight requirements for profile accuracy, welding quality and overall flatness. Before production, Daming’s engineering team worked with the customer to review the forming and welding process, assembly requirements and surface protection details. Particular attention was given to controlling welding distortion and maintaining consistent toothed profiles. Drawings and samples were reviewed throughout the process to ensure the finished components matched the customer’s equipment and on-site assembly requirements.

A dedicated project coordination team was also assigned to keep technical and production activities aligned. Customer requirements, drawing updates, production progress and inspection arrangements were coordinated across the relevant teams, allowing technical questions and project changes to be addressed promptly. Following production, the components underwent final inspection before being prepared for shipment. Reinforced packaging, steel strapping and protective separation were used to reduce the risk of surface damage during handling and transportation. Daming also arranged dedicated direct-to-site transportation and monitored the shipment through delivery, helping the customer receive the components as planned and proceed with subsequent equipment assembly.
