TECNICAS REUNIDAS and Daming Expand Cooperation on Condenser and Heat Exchanger Projects

Mr. Ignacio, General Manager of the TECNICAL Division of TECNICAS REUNIDAS (TR), recently led a delegation to Daming for a site visit and project discussions. Zhou Keming, Chairman of Daming International, together with the Daming Heavy Industry team, met with the delegation.

The TR team visited Daming Heavy Industry’s manufacturing facilities and Yangtze River terminal, gaining a closer understanding of Daming’s production operations, manufacturing capabilities and integrated project services. The visit provided an opportunity for both sides to review current cooperation and discuss future project requirements.

The two companies are already working together on the first-phase TR condenser project, which is now approaching completion and delivery. Building on the progress of this project and Daming’s delivery performance, TR and Daming Heavy Industry have now signed a new agreement covering the second-phase condenser and heat exchanger projects, expanding the cooperation into a broader range of equipment.

During the meeting, Daming Heavy Industry presented its manufacturing capabilities, overseas project experience and integrated service model, with a particular focus on the capacity planning and equipment configuration of Plant No. 10. The facility is being developed to support the integrated manufacturing of large-scale components for international customers, covering multiple stages from fabrication to delivery.

TR also shared an overview of its global operations and market development. Discussions focused on future project opportunities, long-term cooperation and potential collaboration in overseas markets. Both sides agreed to maintain closer coordination and build on the existing project relationship.

With the second-phase projects now signed, Daming Heavy Industry will continue to support TR with reliable manufacturing and delivery throughout the project lifecycle. The two companies will also explore further opportunities for cooperation in international markets, building on the foundation established through their ongoing projects.
