Refers to narrow strip products with a width of 20-600mm and a thickness of 1.5-16mm, made by striping, shearing, laser, wire drawing, planing and other processes. What kinds of flat bars Daming can produce?

Daming provides flat bars by slitting, shearing, laser cutting, drawing  and other varieties of processing, with a full range of flat bar machines, grinding machines, straightening machines, especially self-developed third-generation flat steel line, with advantages widely affirmed by customers. In addition, we have joined hands with GUIDA of Italy to produce new equipment for slitting, which is especially favored by the flat steel market.

Faster: The maximum processing speed of the production line is increased from 35m/min to 40m/min, thus the processing speed is faster;

Higher: The product has good flatness, effectively removes the internal stress of the material, the subsequent welding processing deformation is small, and the straightness of the 14m long material is controlled within 10mm, with higher quality;

Stronger: The processable material thickness is 1.5-16mm, the width is 20-600mm, and the length is 600mm-12000mm. The yield strength of the processed material is increased from 700Mpa to 960Mpa, and the performance is stronger.
