Jiangsu Daming Ships Precision Elevator Sheets to Overseas Markets in Multiple Batches

Bright-finish thin sheet is widely used for elevator exterior panels, where surface appearance, dimensional accuracy and surface protection directly affect the quality of the finished product. For export applications, these requirements are particularly stringent, with materials required to meet the inspection standards specified by overseas customers.

Jiangsu Daming recently completed precision processing of another batch of 0.6 mm sheets for an elevator export application. The project focused on consistent surface quality, tight dimensional tolerances and reliable processing performance, from sheet preparation through final inspection.

For this order, Daming combined double-edge precision trimming with continuous cut-to-length processing. The process produced clean, burr-free edges while helping release internal stresses in the sheet and maintain flatness after cutting. Surface condition was also closely controlled throughout production. The finished sheets were kept bright and clean, with no visible rust, scratches or stains, providing a suitable surface for subsequent elevator panel finishing.

Daming’s quality control team carried out batch-by-batch inspection of key parameters, including material thickness, width, length, front-side flatness and diagonal tolerances. Each batch was accompanied by a complete inspection report to support quality traceability. Standardized identification markings were also applied to the finished sheets, making them easier to identify and verify during export storage, handling and shipment.
