Hubei Daming has achieved a cooperation with a chemical equipment company. Combining both parties’ respective advantages, Daming and the customer have successfully provided core processing services for a waste batter comprehensive utilization project of a listed new energy company.

This batch of materials uses S30408 stainless steel plates with a thickness of 10-14mm and a length of 5-12m. In order to ensure the flatness of the plate surface and zero-error splicing on the construction site, Hubei Daming has completed the precision processing of more than 100 tons of plates through processes such as cut-to-length, arc precision cutting, and four-side beveling.

During the period, the company’s on-site technicians carefully analyzed and studied various indicators, relying on the performance advantages of advanced Italian VIGANO Cut-to-length and Japanese Tanaka CNC laser cutters, and under the strict inspection of the technical team, they finally helped customers to achieve modular construction on site.
