Recently, Hangzhou Daming completed the delivery of a batch of stainless steel beveled plates for a customer requiring high-precision processing and a shorter production cycle. By applying its integrated laser bevel cutting capabilities, Hangzhou Daming provided a more efficient processing solution, helping the customer reduce processing steps, lower production costs, and accelerate project delivery.

The order involved 6mm-thick stainless steel plates that would undergo subsequent rolling operations. The customer had strict requirements for dimensional accuracy and cutting surface quality. Previously, the processing route required two separate procedures: cutting and edge machining. However, due to a tight delivery schedule, the customer was looking for a supplier capable of completing bevel cutting with consistent quality and reliable lead time.

After reviewing the customer’s requirements, Hangzhou Daming proposed an integrated laser bevel cutting solution based on its advanced processing equipment. The system combines 2D vertical cutting and bevel cutting functions, enabling bevel angles from 0° to 45° and supporting bevel cutting on materials up to 25mm thick. The high-quality cutting surface allows the plates to be directly used for welding after delivery, eliminating additional edge preparation processes.

Through efficient production planning and integrated processing capabilities, Hangzhou Daming completed the full order within two days while meeting the customer’s requirements for precision and surface quality.
