Daming Heavy Industry Partners with SINOPEC Nanjing Engineering on UAE Habshan DBN Tank Prefabrication Project

Daming Heavy Industry has signed a cooperation agreement with SINOPEC Nanjing Engineering Co., Ltd. for the Habshan DBN large storage tank prefabrication project in the United Arab Emirates.

The project represents a new step in the two companies’ cooperation and will support the delivery of large-scale storage tank equipment for the Middle East market. It also highlights Daming’s growing capability to provide integrated services covering material supply, processing, prefabrication and project delivery for overseas industrial projects.

The Habshan DBN project places demanding requirements on supplier qualification, manufacturing quality and project execution. As the project is associated with ADNOC, one of the Middle East’s leading energy companies, all participating suppliers are expected to meet stringent standards throughout the manufacturing and delivery process.

To support the project, Daming Heavy Industry will coordinate resources across its manufacturing and supply chain network, combining material processing capabilities with large-scale prefabrication and integrated project management. The company will implement quality control throughout the production process to support efficient execution and on-schedule delivery.

During the signing ceremony, representatives from both sides discussed project implementation and future cooperation. Daming International Chairman Zhou Keming noted that the company will dedicate key resources to the project and leverage its integrated industrial capabilities to provide reliable manufacturing and delivery support.

SINOPEC Nanjing Engineering emphasized the importance of maintaining high standards in quality and project execution, particularly for projects serving the Middle East energy market. Both sides will work closely throughout the project to ensure effective coordination from manufacturing through delivery.
