The visit was structured around a series of in-depth technical discussions and strategic briefings aimed at enhancing mutual understanding of each company’s operational models, engineering strengths, and global market strategies.

TAKRAF: A Legacy of Engineering Excellence and Global Reach

A central highlight of the engagement was TAKRAF’s presentation of its latest global equipment strategy, covering its core technology and service lines in bulk material handling systems, mineral processing, stockyard and port logistics, conveying technology, and environmental solutions. As a renowned name in industrial engineering, TAKRAF is celebrating its 300th anniversary in 2025, a testament to its enduring legacy of innovation and excellence in delivering complex, large-scale solutions to the global mining and materials industries.

TAKRAF’s global network now spans 22 offices and operational branches across 14 countries, positioning it to serve a diverse international customer base with tailored, high-performance solutions across mining, metals, and infrastructure sectors. The company’s commitment to sustainability, automation, and digitalization further aligns with market trends and increasing demand for efficient, environmentally responsible industrial systems.

Daming International: Integrated Capabilities for Global Markets

In turn, the Daming delegation introduced the group’s evolving global business model, emphasizing its role as a vertically integrated industrial manufacturing and solutions provider. Founded on a strategy of high-efficiency production, advanced processing capabilities, and intelligent logistics, Daming Heavy Industry has built a solid foundation across key industrial verticals, including energy equipment, heavy machinery, infrastructure components, and terminal logistics services.

Of particular interest to the TAKRAF team was Daming’s growing capability in offering one-stop industrial solutions—encompassing material sourcing, precision processing, equipment integration, and international logistics. With the full commercialization of its terminal operations, Daming has significantly expanded its capacity to support large-scale, global projects through end-to-end supply chain efficiency and technical responsiveness.

Chairman Zhou Keming provided a comprehensive overview of Daming’s strategic development priorities, including digital transformation, global market expansion, and long-term investments in R&D, smart manufacturing, and green energy equipment.

Forging a Path Toward Strategic Partnership

Throughout the exchange, both parties identified a strong complementarity in their respective technical portfolios and business goals. Areas of mutual interest discussed include:

  • Joint engineering collaboration for large-scale mining and material handling projects

  • Strategic sourcing and procurement alignment to enhance cost and supply chain efficiencies
