Daming Heavy Industry manufactured and sent a core equipment for an international methanol plant project contracted by China Chengda Engineering.

This marks a major breakthrough of Daming in the field of methanol equipment manufacturing services, which further enhances Daming’s technical strength and market position for the global pressure vessel market.

The equipment uses more than 7,800 tons of carbon steel which all needs to be prefabricated.

Since the commencement of the project, Daming team has worked together to overcome many difficulties, especially the prefabrication of the top plate part, due to the difficulty in controlling the welding deformation of the thin top cover plate.

With all the project members’ commitment to the delivery timeline and quality guarantee, the project was completed and delivered on schedule with high quality and high standards. This once again demonstrated Daming Heavy Industry’s profound accumulation in core technology and excellent project management capability.
