Hubei Daming Advances Stainless Steel Roofing Drainage Component Production

Hubei Daming has started production of a batch of stainless steel roof gutters and matching collection hoppers for a construction project. The components are being manufactured through a series of sheet metal fabrication processes, including CNC cutting, coordinated press-brake forming and welding. Throughout production, in-process inspections and final quality checks are used to ensure dimensional accuracy, sound welds and reliable watertightness.

Before dispatch, each unit undergoes a water test, with operators filling the component and inspecting the welded seams for signs of seepage or leakage. This step helps identify potential sealing issues before the products leave the workshop.

Quality control continues through final inspection. Inspectors remeasure the finished components, verify forming accuracy and examine weld appearance, while checking for defects such as deformation and cracking. These checks help ensure that the gutters and collection hoppers meet the required fabrication standards and are ready for installation.
