On February 5, Rogerio Rodrigues, Global Procurement VP of Metso Minerals, Rubens Costa, Quality Development VP of Metso Minerals; Wang Yanli, Purchasing Director of China; and Yang Shudong, Senior Manager of Quality Department, visited Daming.

Mr. Zhou Keming, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Daming International, Mr. Luo Zhihui, Vice President of Daming Heavy Industry, and Mr. Wang Xi, General Manager of Daming Energy Equipment received them warmly.

Accompanied by Mr. Luo Zhihui, Mr. Rogerio Rodrigues and his team visited Daming Jingjiang Manufacturing Base (Daming Heavy Industry) and Daming Yangtze River Port Terminal, and saw Daming’s advantages of all-around services: from a broad range of steel material supply, metal fabrication with advanced equipment, technical service, to logistics and transportation.

During the discussion, Chairman Zhou Keming introduced the business development, key service projects, future site construction and development plans of Daming International. He and Mr Rogerio also have a detailed review and outlook on their cooperation of large-scale mineral processing equipment and hydrometallurgical equipment. Chaiman Zhou hopes to give full play to the advantages of Daming Yangtze River Port Terminal, Daming’s rich experiences in heavy machinery, project-oriented model, and continue to cooperate deeply with Metso, complementing each other.

Rogerio Rodrigues, Vice President of Metso, introduced Metso’s current business situation and future development direction, and also discussed how to realize synergistic development through complementing each other’s strengths and continuously increasing technological innovation. He appreciated Daming’s forward-looking strategy and characteristic business development model and fully recognized Daming’s professional service platform. He also expressed his wish to join hands with Daming Group in the new year and successfully launch new cooperation projects to inject new vitality into the development of both sides.

Both parties agreed to face the market challenges and opportunities together through closer cooperation, realize resource sharing and complementary advantages, and jointly promote the progress and development of the industry.
