02 Precision processing, strict control of every step and detail

Afterwards, the crew conducted in-depth research and testing on the cutting path demand, the elimination method of the cutting thermal deformation on the precision impact, and the cutting precision control, etc., and formulated a special precise calibration, optimization of equipment parameters and cutting path program, so as to make the yoke steel sheet finished cutting parts of the rate of stability of more than 99%, the cutting and punching precision error within 0.03mm, the error of the cutting flatness is less than 1mm. 1mm.
03 Professional inspection, escorting for quality delivery
