Since the successful delivery of the first batch of duplex-steel tower for famous first-rate paper mills at the end of Sept., Da Ming Heavy Industry has delivered GNA II condenser for Siemens Energy, pulping equipment, duplex-steel reactor prefabrication projects recently , which highlighted Daming’s “one-stop” processing and manufacturing services for vessels.

Siemens Energy is a technology enterprise with business covering the complete energy value chain of power generation, transmission, energy industrial applications, new energy and renewable energy. In Jan. 2022, Siemens signed an official contract with Da Ming Heavy Industry to export large-scale condenser equipment manufacturing services to Brazil.

With a total weight of 688 tons, this set of equipment is one of the largest condensers manufactured by Siemens Energy in China. Its core components are square tube plates containing more than 50,000 titanium heat exchange tubes.

Da Ming Heavy Industry set up a special PM team, under the strong support of Siemens Energy team, actively overcome many difficulties during the manufacture, The personnel of all departments had paid a lot of efforts for the final quality of equipment.

Duplex Steel reactor and tower projects for paper-making industry

The first two batches of products delivered by Daming to internationally renowned paper-making industry enterprise are duplex steel reactors and the prefabrication projects of tower. Relying on Da Ming’s own advantages, we successfully completed a number of service processes from raw materials to delivery.

The two-batch projects adopted the segmented prefabrication method. During the manufacturing process, the size of equipment components needs to be strictly controlled to ensure that the equipment can be successfully assembled after arriving at the site in Brazil.

Through timely communication with customers, we gave full play to the advantages of our own, strictly checked each process, and realized the requirements of quality, packaging and transportation.

The successful export of multiple vessel projects not only proved that Da Ming is fully capable of exporting all kinds of vessels to international high-end customers, but also marked the improvement of Da Ming’s  manufacturing and prefabrication capacity again, as well as the strength of “one-stop”.

At present, Da Ming service has been covered energy, pulp, petrochemical and other industries, from the material, assembly on-site or completing the overall manufacturing of equipment, has won a lot of praise and continuous cooperation.
