Advantages

Thanks to vertical warehouse and automatic unloading welding and intelligent logistics equipment in the production line, it can realize “unmanned” production from raw material plate production to welding finished product output, with high bending accuracy and 24-hour operation, and different types of precision parts can be bent “shaped”.

Homemade press equipment

• Small hydraulic impact, centralized control by push button, can realize two kinds of molding process: fixed range and fixed pressure.
•  Maximum pressing force is 5000T, maximum return force is 500T, and it can press vertebrae, spherical crown, and slice body for plates and profiles with thickness of 200mm and width of 4000mm.

Advanced Rolling Machines

At present, Daming has dozens of equipments represented by Swiss imported Haeusler plate rolling machine and Falking rounding machine, which are widely used in the industries of chemical equipments and paper making equipments, etc. Among them, the maximum rolling width of Haeusler is up to 4250mm, and the maximum thickness of warm roll can be up to 300mm, and the thickness of regular roll is up to 200mm.
