Jingjiang Daming has strengthened its long-term partnership with a leading agricultural and construction machinery manufacturer, supporting the customer with stable steel supply and integrated processing services.

The two companies currently work on an annual supply volume of nearly 20,000 tonnes. Built around regular supply planning, in-house processing and coordinated delivery, the partnership provides the customer with a more consistent and efficient way to manage its steel requirements.

For agricultural machinery manufacturers, steel supply is closely linked to production efficiency. Material consistency, processing accuracy and delivery timing all need to meet demanding production schedules. To address these requirements, Jingjiang Daming provides an integrated service covering cut-to-length, cutting, precision processing, warehousing and delivery.

The companies have established a regular monthly supply program based on the customer’s production needs. Instead of supplying standard steel products through separate trading orders, Jingjiang Daming processes materials to the required specifications before delivery. This reduces secondary processing at the customer’s facility, minimizes material handling, and helps shorten lead times.

The model also gives the customer greater visibility and stability throughout the material supply process—from steel preparation and processing to final delivery.
