Hangzhou Daming Delivers First Batch of 39 Washing Machines for Vietnam Textile Project

Hangzhou Daming has completed and delivered the first batch of an order for 39 washing machines for a textile industry customer in Vietnam. The project involved precision leveling, cutting, bending, tapping and welding, with quality checks at every stage to meet the customer’s requirements. The successful delivery supports the customer’s efforts to improve production efficiency and cost performance while further enhancing Daming’s reputation in overseas textile equipment markets.

The customer set strict requirements for weld cleaning, dimensional accuracy and diagonal measurements. Before production began, Hangzhou Daming formed a dedicated project team involving technical, production and quality inspection personnel to establish specific processing procedures and inspection standards.

Throughout production, the teams coordinated closely to maintain continuity between processes. A three-level inspection system was implemented, covering operator self-inspection, cross-checks between production teams and independent quality inspections. Technical personnel also worked directly with production teams to resolve process challenges and ensure that each component met the required specifications.

Throughout the project, the Hangzhou team maintained close communication with the customer. During the customer’s on-site inspection at Daming, the products received positive feedback for their dimensional accuracy and overall quality. The results demonstrate Hangzhou Daming’s precision manufacturing capabilities and create opportunities for further cooperation on overseas projects.

Production of the remaining batches will continue according to plan, with the same focus on quality and delivery throughout the order.
