Potential risks related to equipment components, operating practices and process controls were identified and recorded for corrective action.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"2866\" data-end=\"3210\">The assessment also covered safety protection systems such as protective barriers and safety light curtains, as well as material storage management, hazardous chemical handling procedures, spill prevention measures and fire safety facilities.
