Daming International and XCMG Mining Machinery Discuss Future Cooperation

On October 27, Zhou Keming, Chairman of the Board of Daming International, led a delegation to visit XCMG Mining Machinery Co., Ltd. in Xuzhou. He was accompanied by Luo Zhihui, Vice President of Daming International and President of Daming Heavy Industry, along with other members of Daming’s management and business teams. The delegation was welcomed by Ren Daming, Party Secretary and General Manager of XCMG Mining Machinery Division, and other members of the company’s management team.

The meeting focused on strengthening communication between the two management teams and aligning future cooperation with XCMG Mining Machinery’s five-year strategic plan.

Both sides reviewed their longstanding business relationship, with Zhou Keming expressing his appreciation for XCMG Mining Machinery’s continued trust and support. Building on this solid foundation, discussions turned to future business priorities and opportunities for closer collaboration.

In line with XCMG Mining Machinery’s development plans, Daming outlined its intention to further expand its business in the mining truck and excavator segments. Both sides also exchanged views on how to strengthen business coordination, make better use of their respective resources and capabilities, and respond more effectively to changing market demands.

The discussions reinforced a shared commitment to closer cooperation and greater alignment in future business development. Moving forward, Daming and XCMG Mining Machinery will continue to explore opportunities across key business areas, with the aim of building a stronger partnership and supporting their respective growth over the next five years.
