Jiangsu Daming Delivers Large-Scale Pipeline Components for Urban Water Network Upgrade

Jiangsu Daming has completed the production and phased delivery of more than 10,000 pipeline sections for a major urban water network upgrade project, supplying approximately 3,000 tons of stainless steel components and 500 tons of carbon steel components.

The project involves a wide range of material grades and specifications, with components required to be delivered in batches to match the construction schedule. With large production volumes and multiple processing requirements, maintaining consistent quality while coordinating capacity and delivery timing presented a significant manufacturing challenge.

The pipeline sections serve as key components of the water network system and require precise dimensions, reliable forming and consistent weld quality. At the same time, the large order volume required careful planning of workshop space, production capacity and process sequencing to ensure a stable flow of production.

To meet these requirements, Jiangsu Daming integrated multiple processing stages within its own production system, covering cutting, machining, rolling and welding. Its sales, engineering, production and warehouse teams worked closely together to coordinate material preparation, production scheduling, process control and phased delivery.

Based on its experience in pipeline and cylindrical component fabrication, together with its available production capacity and established process controls, Jiangsu Daming was able to organize the large-volume order into clearly defined production stages. This enabled different materials and specifications to be processed in an orderly manner while maintaining consistent quality throughout the project.

The integrated workflow also reduced the need for separate processing arrangements and simplified coordination across multiple manufacturing stages, helping the project maintain a reliable supply of components as construction progressed.

The successful delivery demonstrates Jiangsu Daming’s ability to manage large-volume, multi-process manufacturing projects with demanding quality and delivery requirements.
