On November 30, a large thickener for a project of Metso’s South American customer was successfully delivered at the Daming Yangtze River Terminal by Daming Heavy Industry.<\/span><\/p>\n

This is another\u00a0 practice of Daming’s “one-stop” service from high-quality material supply to coherent processing, manufacturing, and logistics, which is a milestone for the export business of large-scale thickener projects.<\/span><\/p>\n

This project is different from the previous conventional design. The manufacturing process of core components is complex and difficult. The customer’s design standards and requirements are very strict, which is extremely challenging to the level and ability of the manufacturing company.<\/p>\n

Since the start of the project, the Daming Heavy Industry team has comprehensively considered the carefully customized process plan, actively overcome multiple difficulties such as technology, process, and construction period, and successfully overcome the challenges of full penetration welding, assembly, clearance, and delivery period of core components. With the full efforts, cooperation and unremitting efforts of all departments, the first set of products was finally completed on schedule and with high quality.<\/p>\n
