Hubei Daming Precision Rolling Enables Export Delivery of Environmental Equipment Cylindrical Shells

Hubei Daming has completed and delivered a batch of cylindrical shells for an environmental equipment manufacturer. The components are intended for an export project with stringent requirements on base materials and fabrication accuracy.

To meet the specification requirements, mill-certified steel was used throughout production. The manufacturing process covered coil selection, leveling, bevel milling, rolling, welding, and final inspection prior to shipment, with quality control applied at each stage to ensure dimensional consistency and surface quality.

A four-roll plate rolling machine was applied during the forming process. The equipment integrates pre-bending and rolling functions and is capable of producing both cylindrical and conical components. Compared with conventional three-roll systems, it enables direct edge pre-bending and rolling without additional tooling or repeated plate repositioning.

The machine supports plate thicknesses from 6 to 30 mm, a maximum width of 3,000 mm, and rolling diameters from 1,000 to 6,000 mm. It is used for fabrication of components in sectors including petrochemical equipment, pressure vessels, and environmental systems.
