"Daming" dalyvauja statant pirmąją CNOOC 270 000 kubinių metrų SGD saugyklą

Sausio 6 d. didžiausios SGD (suskystintų gamtinių dujų) atsargų bazės Kinijoje, CNOOC Yancheng "Green Energy Port", SGD rezervuaras Nr. 10 baigtas iš anksto aušinti ir sėkmingai užpildytas skysčiu, o tai reiškia, kad sėkmingai pradėta eksploatuoti pirmoji CNOOC savarankiškai sukurta, suprojektuota ir pastatyta 270 000 kubinių metrų SGD saugykla, kurios talpa yra didžiausia pasaulyje.

Šia operacija buvo patikrinta sauga ir saugyklos pagrindinių techninių rodiklių patikimumas, ji tapo gera nuoroda į 270 000 kubinių metrų SGD saugyklų inžinerinį pritaikymą Kinijoje ir parodė, kad mano šalies itin didelio tūrio SGD saugyklų projektavimo ir statybos technologija pasiekė pirmaujantį lygį pasaulyje. 270 000 kubinių metrų SGD laikymo talpykloje pritaikyta CGTank® laikymo talpyklos pagrindinė technologija, į kurią CNOOC turi nepriklausomas intelektinės nuosavybės teises. Rezervuaro skersmuo viršija 100 metrų, o aukštis - apie 65 metrus. Joje vienu metu galima sukrauti tris didelius C919 orlaivius. Tūris prilygsta 614 standartinių plaukimo baseinų. Jame galima saugoti 119 000 tonų SGD, kurios gali aprūpinti 22 mln. gyventojų dviejų mėnesių gyvenimo dujomis, o tai prilygsta 200 000 tonų sumažintam anglies dioksido išmetimui. Tai suteiks naują impulsą ir naujų privalumų nacionaliniam energetiniam saugumui ir regioniniam energijos tiekimui.

270 000 kubinių metrų talpos SGD rezervuarui keliami itin aukšti saugos reikalavimai, o projektavimo ir statybos procesas yra labai sudėtingas. Daming LNG tank prefabrication service strength

Compared with traditional small and medium-sized LNG storage tanks, the design and construction difficulties of large LNG storage tanks have increased exponentially while the capacity and size have increased. Based on the project delivery plan and actual material delivery, relying on rich experience in 9Ni steel processing and the performance advantages of advanced equipment such as Linsinger automatic milling machine, Daming actively cooperated with Taigang to complete the prefabrication of the inner tanks of two 220,000 m³ and four 270,000 m³ LNG storage tanks in the first phase with high quality and efficiency, with a total processing volume of 13,800 tons.

At present, Daming has served more than 70 LNG tanks and more than 100,000 tons of material prefabrication processing, covering more than 40% of LNG receiving terminals from Guangxi to Caofeidian, Tianjin, and has gained the unanimous recognition and thanks from LNG project sites, and will gradually develop overseas LNG projects and land-based LNG receiving terminals in the future.
