On August 30, 2021, the Signing Ceremony of Strategic Participation in Daming International by Hanwa was held online in Wuxi, Osaka and Tokyo. Leaders from Hanwa and Daming participated in the ceremony. According to the agreement, Daming International will issue approximately 29.14 million shares to Hanwa. After the completion of the additional issue, Hanwa will hold approximately 2.29% shares of Daming International.

Hanwa is principally engaged in the iron and steel business as well as metals and alloys, non-ferrous metals, petroleum and chemicals, machinery and other businesses.

Over the years, HANWA has interacted frequently with Daming International, complemented each other’s advantages, jointly developed the market, and provided high-quality products and services to many downstream customers. HANWA also participated in the investment in Zhejiang Daming HANWA, and the two sides cooperated to realize the industry miracle of profitability in the first year of operation.

This time, the subscription of shares of Daming International reflects the recognition of International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) to Daming International and its confidence in jointly developing overseas markets and serving domestic high-end foreign enterprises, and also marks the upgrading of the cooperation between the two parties, which is of great strategic significance.

Meanwhile, the completion of the issue will expand the shareholder base of Daming, increase the percentage of public shareholding, further enhance the liquidity of the Company’s shares and attract more investors to pay attention to Daming International.
