Delegation from Hunan Valin Xiangtan Iron & Steel Visits Daming

On January 13, a delegation from Hunan Valin Xiangtan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd., led by Du Jiang, Deputy General Manager, paid a visit to Daming International for exchange and discussions. The delegation included Zheng Jian, Deputy Director of the Science and Technology Quality Inspection Department; Xiao Lingyun, Deputy Director of the Sales Department; Zhang Wenqing, General Manager; and Wang Jiming, IPD Manager of the Engineering Machinery Steel Project Team.

The guests were warmly received by Zhou Keming, Chairman of Daming International, together with Liang Zongren, President; Yang Shun, General Manager of Xiehao Supply Chain and Deputy General Manager of the Group’s Carbon Steel Business Unit; Wang Xi, General Manager of Daming Heavy Industry Energy Equipment Co., Ltd.; and Huang Huaqiang, Chief Engineer of the Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd.

Accompanied by Chairman Zhou and his team, Deputy General Manager Du Jiang and the delegation toured Daming’s Jingjiang Base and the Yangtze River Wharf, where they gained a firsthand look at Daming’s strengths in material supply, advanced processing equipment, and technical service capabilities.

During the meeting that followed, Chairman Zhou thanked Xiangtan Steel for its long-standing support and introduced Daming’s development progress, service approach, and future plans. The two sides held open and in-depth discussions on potential areas of cooperation, industry trends, and product development and promotion. Chairman Zhou expressed his hope that the partnership would continue to deepen, enabling both companies to deliver higher-quality services and more comprehensive solutions to customers at home and abroad.

Deputy General Manager Du Jiang spoke highly of Daming’s integrated processing platform and its “one-stop” service model. He also shared Xiangtan Steel’s development philosophy, production capacity, product strengths, and strategic direction. Noting the solid foundation of cooperation between the two companies, he expressed his expectation that further opportunities for collaboration could be explored.

Both sides reviewed successful past projects and exchanged views on expanding cooperation and improving collaboration models. They agreed to strengthen communication and work more closely together, combining Xiangtan Steel’s strengths in technology and R&D with Daming’s advantages in industrial chain integration and major engineering project services. Through closer collaboration and complementary strengths, both companies aim to drive industrial upgrading and contribute to the high-quality development of the industry.
