In the heart of summer, where passion meets preparation, \ub2e4\ubc0d \uc778\ud130\ub0b4\uc154\ub110<\/strong>\u00a0officially launched its 2025 Campus Recruiting Talent Training Program<\/strong> under the theme: Know\u00a0what you want to do, and be smart.<\/strong><\/p>\n

For the new generation stepping out of the classroom and into the real world, this isn\u2019t just onboarding\u2014it\u2019s a transformation. In just one week, these aspiring professionals have begun their journey from students to contributors<\/strong>, and from learners to leaders<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Every morning at 7:30 a.m., the day kicks off\u2014not with laptops or meetings, but out on the training field. In uniform and standing tall under the morning sun, new team members shout out slogans in unison, building a sense of unity and drive.<\/p>\n

This military-style training isn\u2019t just for show\u2014it\u2019s their first real taste of discipline. With each drill and formation, they\u2019re picking up more than just routines; they\u2019re learning focus, accountability, and mental toughness\u2014skills that\u2019ll stick with them long after training is over.<\/p>\n

The training program\u2019s first stage is a blend of depth and breadth:<\/p>\n

    One of the most impactful moments of the week was the Talk<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0wi<\/b><\/strong>th Daming People<\/strong>\u00a0session, where two of the company\u2019s senior leaders\u2014Chen Zhongwei<\/strong>\u00a0(GM, Stainless Steel Division) and Jiang Suiqiang<\/strong>\u00a0(GM, Carbon Steel Division)\u2014offered their time, their stories, and their insights.<\/p>\n

    From how to succeed in sales to how to build your brand in the workplace, their candid advice provided not just direction\u2014but inspiration. Their words weren\u2019t just guidance; they were a promise of what\u2019s possible within Daming.<\/p>\n

    \u201cReal learning happens when you start asking \u2018why\u2019 and take ownership of your growth.\u201d

    On Saturday, July 19<\/strong>, the team stepped away from the classroom and into nature for a team-building cultural excursion<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    Together, they climbed Huishan Mountain<\/strong>, their sweat and smiles a testament to shared determination. Later, they wandered the historic Huishan Ancient Town<\/strong>\u00a0and explored the heritage of the Wuxi Museum<\/strong>\u2014blending physical challenge, cultural immersion, and emotional connection.<\/p>\n

    These moments weren\u2019t just refreshing\u2014they were revealing. Through teamwork and shared experience, a group of individuals became a community<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
