The manufacturing process covered coil selection, leveling, bevel milling, rolling, welding, and final inspection prior to shipment, with quality control applied at each stage to ensure dimensional consistency and surface quality.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"707\" data-end=\"1062\">A four-roll plate rolling machine was applied during the forming process. The equipment integrates pre-bending and rolling functions and is capable of producing both cylindrical and conical components. Compared with conventional three-roll systems, it enables direct edge pre-bending and rolling without additional tooling or repeated plate repositioning.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1064\" data-end=\"1326\">The machine supports plate thicknesses from 6 to 30 mm, a maximum width of 3,000 mm, and rolling diameters from 1,000 to 6,000 mm.
