Daming Secures Key Overseas Oil & Gas Project

Zhejiang Daming has successfully completed the dispatch of the first shipment for the ADNOC GAS EPC storage project., marking the start of a key delivery phase and strengthening its presence in the Middle East.

This milestone marks further inroads into the global oil and gas engineering market, not only reflecting Daming’s growing capabilities in executing complex international projects, but also signaling its transition toward higher-value, technology-driven export business.

As one of Daming’s eleven steel processing centers, Zhejiang Daming has steadily implemented its “go global” strategy in recent years, , focusing on expanding into key energy markets and building long-term partnerships with leading international clients. The successful advancement of this project highlights the company’s ability to adapt to diverse market requirements while maintaining consistent quality and delivery standards.

Building Partnerships with Global Energy Leaders

The project is led by Wison Engineering, with ADNOC GAS—one of the world’s leading oil and gas companies—as the end client. It involves the customized fabrication of more than 1,000 tons of storage-related steel structures and process equipment. As a critical component of ADNOC GAS’s processing and storage system, the project is expected to enhance operational efficiency, optimize storage capacity, and contribute to the overall resilience of its industrial chain.

This collaboration represents a meaningful step forward for Zhejiang Daming and its group project company. By leveraging the integrated resources of the Daming Group—including manufacturing expertise, project management capabilities, and supply chain coordination—the company has successfully expanded beyond its traditional export focus on storage equipment. It is now actively participating in higher-end oil and gas engineering projects, further strengthening its competitiveness in the global market.

At the same time, working alongside internationally recognized partners such as Wison Engineering and ADNOC GAS has enabled Daming to deepen its understanding of global engineering standards, project execution models, and client expectations. These experiences will serve as valuable references for future overseas projects.

Delivering Quality Through Precision and Teamwork

Since the project officially launched on February 9, Zhejiang Daming has treated it as a top priority. A dedicated, cross-functional team was quickly assembled, bringing together experts from engineering, production, quality control, and project management. The team operated in strict accordance with ADNOC’s HSE standards and international engineering specifications, ensuring that safety, environmental compliance, and quality assurance were fully integrated into every stage of execution.

To ensure smooth progress and alignment with client expectations, the company’s senior management and key department leaders held multiple targeted coordination meetings with Wison Engineering. These discussions focused on technical specifications, production planning, risk control, and delivery schedules. With strong support from the group project company, the team was able to promptly resolve key challenges and maintain steady project momentum.

Throughout the process, the team successfully navigated a range of challenges, including tight timelines, stringent international standards, and the complexities of cross-border logistics. Through careful planning and disciplined execution, they implemented a standardized production workflow covering cutting, beveling, welding, non-destructive testing, sandblasting, painting, and final packaging.

Each stage of production was closely monitored and inspected by experienced technical personnel to ensure full compliance with project requirements. This rigorous approach not only guaranteed product quality and consistency, but also minimized risks and improved overall efficiency. As a result, the project has received positive feedback and recognition from both Wison Engineering and ADNOC GAS for its high standards and reliable execution.

Continuing the Momentum Overseas

The project will be delivered in three batches, with the remaining shipments currently progressing steadily according to plan. As production continues, the project team remains focused on maintaining the same level of precision, efficiency, and quality that defined the initial delivery phase.

Daming will continue to expand its presence in the global high-end equipment market, particularly in the energy and infrastructure sectors. The company aims to further enhance its technical capabilities, optimize its project management systems, and strengthen its international service network.

By building on the experience gained from this project, Daming is well-positioned to take on more complex and large-scale overseas engineering projects in the future. Through continuous improvement in both product quality and service delivery, the company is committed to creating greater value for its global partners and driving sustainable growth in its international business.
