By coordinating these resources at one location, Jingjiang Daming enabled the customer to carry out steel processing, component assembly and subsequent transportation with fewer intermediate transfers, helping simplify the overall project workflow.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Port cranes are typically exposed to demanding outdoor operating conditions, placing high requirements on material strength, structural stability and low-temperature toughness. Using workshop space leased from Daming, the customer\u2019s team carried out component fit-up and assembly directly after receiving the processed parts. Once assembled, the finished structures were loaded at Daming\u2019s logistics terminal and transported by inland waterway directly to the project site.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This setup eliminated several rounds of intermediate handling and transportation. As a result, the customer was able to shorten the delivery cycle while reducing transportation costs associated with oversized components. It also provided greater continuity between material supply, fabrication, assembly and final shipment.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cHaving the components processed and assembled within Daming\u2019s facilities significantly reduced the need for intermediate transfers and handling, making the overall delivery process more efficient and cost-effective,\u201d the customer said.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The project highlights Jingjiang Daming\u2019s ability to combine steel supply, fabrication capacity, industrial facilities and waterway logistics to support heavy equipment projects through a more integrated supply chain.
