As manufacturing operations continue to expand and production environments become more complex, establishing a standardized and practical safety management system has become increasingly important. To further improve safety performance across its operations, Daming Group’s Safety & Environmental Protection Department has developed six series of safety management manuals based on years of frontline experience and operational practices.
Designed with clear classification, practical application, and easy implementation in mind, the manuals provide structured guidance for employees at all levels, helping standardize daily operations, improve risk identification capabilities, and strengthen safety control throughout the production process.
The six manuals cover key areas including high-risk behavior control, standardized safety procedures, hazard prevention, accident case analysis, abnormal operation handling, and team-level risk management. By integrating safety requirements into every stage of operations—from risk prevention and process execution to continuous improvement—the system provides comprehensive support for more consistent and effective safety management at production sites.

Rather than focusing only on post-event response, the new safety management framework emphasizes proactive risk prevention and standardized execution. Through visual guidance, real cases, operational standards, and practical instructions, frontline teams can better identify potential hazards, respond to abnormal situations, and reduce safety risks in daily production activities.
Currently, Daming’s subsidiaries are carrying out management communication and employee training programs to ensure the effective implementation of the manuals. The Safety & Environmental Protection Department will continue to monitor training progress, promote practical application, and support continuous improvement of safety practices across the Group.

Through standardized procedures, stronger frontline awareness, and systematic risk control, Daming Group is further enhancing its safety management capabilities and creating a safer, more efficient, and sustainable production environment.
