Among the 1,183 honorees nationwide, four teams from Wuxi City were awarded the prestigious title of \u201cNational Worker Pioneer.\u201d Notably, Team C of the Cutting Workshop under Production Department 2 at Jiangsu Daming stood out\u2014marking another milestone achievement following its earlier recognition as a \u201cJiangsu Provincial Worker Pioneer\u201d in 2010.<\/p>\n

This balanced composition has enabled the team to consistently deliver outstanding results across complex and demanding production tasks.<\/p>\n

Team C has developed a robust \u201csupport\u2013breakthrough\u2013benchmark\u201d operational framework that has proven instrumental in tackling major industrial projects. The team has contributed to high-profile initiatives such as the Jinjing project, antimony plate processing, and China National Nuclear Corporation (CNNC) assignments. Faced with stringent technical requirements, tight deadlines, and high precision standards, the team has maintained a relentless focus on optimizing process parameters and standardizing operational procedures.<\/p>\n

In one notable case involving a nuclear power project, the team overcame significant cutting challenges posed by thick materials and hardened edges. By refining the sawing machine process route, they significantly improved production yield\u2014demonstrating both technical ingenuity and execution excellence.<\/p>\n

The introduction of a 60,000-watt laser cutting machine in 2024 marked another leap forward. Under the leadership of Team Leader Tai Pinghua, Team C rapidly mastered the advanced equipment through an integrated \u201ctheory + practice\u201d training approach. During the trial phase, the team successfully completed cutting operations for 100mm thick plates and fulfilled multiple orders with high efficiency. In a particularly complex three-dimensional titanium plate project, the team pioneered an \u201cedge-borrowing cutting\u201d solution, achieving a 100% product qualification rate while enhancing material utilization and customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n

Team C\u2019s commitment to excellence is reflected in its meticulous quality control processes. Team member Luo Xianfei rigorously applies a five-step verification system\u2014covering raw materials, procedures, drawings, equipment, and first-piece inspection\u2014to ensure zero-defect delivery. In a challenging washing tower project involving specialized materials, the team implemented a closed-loop management system that achieved a 100% pass rate during client inspection, earning high praise.<\/p>\n
