On August 11, a delegation from Daming International Holdings<\/strong>\u00a0visited Maanshan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. (MaSteel)<\/strong>\u00a0to further strengthen the long-standing partnership between the two companies.<\/p>\n

The visit focused on deepening collaboration in supply chain integration, product development, and service innovation to support the high-quality development of the steel industry and downstream manufacturing sectors.<\/p>\n

The Daming delegation was led by Chairman Zhou Keming<\/strong>, accompanied by President Liang Zongren<\/strong>, Assistant to the President Zhang Jun<\/strong>, Group Technical Director Wang Xiaojian<\/strong>, Carbon Steel Division General Manager Jiang Suiqiang<\/strong>, and general managers from Hangzhou Daming<\/strong>, Zhejiang Daming<\/strong>, Wuxi Daming<\/strong>, and Jingjiang Daming<\/strong>. Leaders from the Group\u2019s carbon steel sales and supply departments also participated in the visit.<\/p>\n

The delegation was warmly welcomed by Mr. Qi Weidong<\/strong>, Party Secretary and Chairman of Maanshan Iron & Steel, along with senior representatives, including Assistant General Manager Zhou Zhongxi<\/strong>, Special Steel Company General Manager Zhu Guanghong<\/strong>, and deputy general managers from the Marketing Center and Baosteel International Central China Company.<\/p>\n

In-Depth Exchange on Strategic Development<\/b><\/strong><\/h3>\n

During the meeting, both sides exchanged updates on recent business performance and strategic plans. Chairman Qi Weidong introduced Masteel\u2019s ongoing product structure optimization and business transformation efforts, emphasizing the company\u2019s focus on mid- to high-end product lines and innovation-driven growth despite current challenges in the steel market.<\/p>\n

Chairman Zhou Keming shared Daming International\u2019s latest progress in carbon steel services, highlighting the company\u2019s processing network layout, service capabilities, and digital transformation initiatives. He expressed appreciation for Masteel\u2019s long-term support in areas such as raw material supply, product development, technical cooperation, and customer services.<\/p>\n
