Cut  to length (CTL), refers to a processing technology that processes metal coils into flat plates of the required length through uncoiling, leveling, sizing, and shearing, and then stacks them neatly.

This year marks the 36th anniversary of Daming’s establishment and the 12th year of its carbon steel business. Over the years, Daming’s carbon steel business has achieved rapid growth. Among them, the cut to length, although only one of the most advanced simple processing technologies for metal materials, is the most basic business shows the most real skills!

At present, the carbon steel cut-to-length production lines of Daming’s  ten processing centers are all world-leading and ultra-high-strength such as FIMI, NOVA, and VIGANO, including 15 for carbon steel and high-strength steel and 9 for stainless steel.

Daming’s high-strength steel products have covered multiple varieties as thin as 0.8mm and with a strength of over 1400MPA, and are developing towards ultra-thick, ultra-thin,ultra-hard wave.

Relying on the surface cleaning functions such as brush dust removal and oxidizer pack to remove oil, we can ensure that the surface of the finished products is clean and bright, with no defects such as pressure wound, scratches, oil stains and so on.

In addition, the appearance of the finished product packaging is neat and standardized, providing convenience for subsequent storage and transportation, loading and positioning.

03  High Performance Flatness

Daming has redefined “flatness”, with no obvious waves and warping on the open surface, and internal stress elimination in place with little residue, ensuring little deformation after cutting and subsequent processing can be controlled.

At the same time, each plate will be fully inspected before packaging, including surface, length, width, thickness, diagonal, flatness, etc.

Relying on the imported NOVAX CTL20.0 and FIMI CTL8.0, which are characterized by high processing precision and good stress relief, Daming can provide high-quality and quick delivery cut to length services for many industrial customers.

NOVA CTL20.0 processing capacity:

Thickness 3.0-20.0mm, width 1000-2200mm, sheet length 1000-16000mm, max. winding capacity 40000kg, max. processing speed 40m/min.

Femi CTL8.0 processing capacity:

Thickness 1.0mm-8.0mm, width 300mm-1650mm, finished length 500mm-13000mm, daily output up to 1000T or more.

The processing capabilities of the two units complement each other. When processing products with a thickness of 3mm-8mm at the same time, the output can be doubled, ensuring that orders can be placed on the same day and shipped on the same day.
