A 2-meter plate required repeated die changes and manual hammering, with processing time reaching up to four hours per cycle. This resulted in high labor demand and low utilization of bending equipment.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"763\" data-end=\"1175\"><strong data-start=\"763\" data-end=\"802\">Solution: modular bottom die system<\/strong><br data-start=\"802\" data-end=\"805\" \/>To address surface defects, die deformation, limited adaptability, and complex changeover procedures, a modular bottom die system was introduced. The structure provides high rigidity, uniform load distribution, and compatibility with multiple plate specifications. It is directly applicable to existing equipment without system modification, enabling on-site deployment.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1177\" data-end=\"1424\"><strong data-start=\"1177\" data-end=\"1188\">Results\uff1ahigher efficiency and stable precision<\/strong><br \/>\nAfter durability testing, the system maintained leveling accuracy within 1 mm per 1000 mm and demonstrated extended service life.
