Ma Bin joined Daming in August 2018. He used his spare time to repeatedly practice welding techniques and often went home in the middle of the night. Hard work paid off. Ma Bin completed all the work, and continuous improved process operation, with the welding gun again and again to conquer many difficulties in a number of major projects, during which the construction progress, processing quality and delivery control were set up as models.<\/p>\n

When every seam is welded properly and the safety of downstream products guaranteed, you create value for the society.”\u00a0 –Ma Bin<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Ma Bin is currently the team leader of the welding team of Daming Heavy Industry. He has been working\u00a0as a welder\u00a0for eight years.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n He has participated in many important projects such as storage tanks, papermaking equipment, petrochemical towers, bridges, process pipelines, etc., For each workpiece he welded, the\u00a0first-time pass rate has always been\u00a0100%, making outstanding contributions to the project\u00a0success.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n With his love for welding and unremitting efforts, he has mastered such difficult skills as manual welding, gas welding, and argon arc<\/span> welding and has obtained a number of qualification certificates for welders. He has accumulated extensive welding experience in several high-standard projects. In the face of complex production tasks, he always takes the initiative to take charge and lead the team to overcome the problems, successfully completing a number of important projects and winning the recognition of customers.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n From a welding novice to the backbone of the team, Ma Bin’s quest for innovation and love of the industry remains unchanged.
