The overall planning and design of the factory is concise, practical, high starting point, high standard and striving for scientific and reasonable layout, and becoming a modern equipment manufacturing enterprise with energy saving, emission reduction, high efficiency and low consumption, and technological innovation. Then the annual production capacity is 15,000 sets of various chemical machinery and process equipment which are about 50,000 tons, Forming 1 billion yuan production capacity of annual output value.<\/p>\n

The company has successively provided large-scale tower, reactor, heat exchanger, storage tank and other process equipment for well-known customers and engineering companies at home and abroad, such as flow, Technip, Toyo, airliquid, technipfmc, JJ Lurgi, amecfw, CTCI, Arkema, Petrobras, Honeywell, CNOOC, Sinopec, Yantai Wanhua, Zhejiang Petrochemical, Hengyi petrochemical, Hengli, Shenghong petrochemical, Andritz, vimec, etc. The maximum manufacturing weight is up to 1200 tons, the maximum diameter is 13.8 meters, and the maximum length is 120 meters. The materials include carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex steel, 9Ni, titanium, etc.<\/p>\n

The company covers a total area of 1440000 square meters. There are now 12 production workshops. It has advanced production equipment and technology, including 16 sets rolling machines, including carbon steel rolling machine (Max. Thickness is 300mm), stainless rolling machine (max. Thickness is 100mm), 56 sets carbon steel special plasma cutting machines, 35 sets stainless steel plasma cutting machines, 35 sets CNC water knives, etc. At present, there are more than 100 welding equipment, SFA plasma welding machine and 32 sets CNC plane drilling machines. At the same time, the company also has linxingge edge milling machine imported from Europe, 5 flaw detection rooms, 3 heat treatment furnaces (the maximum furnace size is 40m long, 12m high and 12m wide), 3 sanding paint rooms and other supporting facilities. 70% of the equipment is imported from Japan, Germany, Italy, South Korea and Taiwan. Wanhua Ethylene Distillation Tower Project<\/h3>\n

The 1028 tons stainless steel ethylene distillation tower of Wanhua Yantai Industrial Park Phase II 1.2 million\/year ethylene project and the first tower of Fujian Industrial Park gasification project manufactured by Daming Heavy Industries were delivered ahead of schedule at the same time.The 1.2 million\/year ethylene project is the core of more than 20 projects in Wanhua Yantai Industrial Park Phase II. Among them, the ethylene distillation tower equipment, as the largest stainless steel tower in Wanhua Yantai Industrial Park, is the core static equipment of the ethylene plant, with a diameter of 6.6 meters, wall thickness of 46 mm, length of 107 meters, and weight of 1028 tons.<\/p>\n

Recently, Daming Heavy Industries’ Process Equipment Branch, in cooperation with Mitsui & Co. successfully shipped the pressure vessel export project for Hitachi Zosen Corporation, establishing a solid foundation for the subsequent development of the Japanese market.
\nThe project consisted of 6 sets of equipment with the maximum size of 9.2m*9.2m*10m.
