Senior Vice President of Metso Visits Daming

Teemu Kaarniemi, Senior Vice President of the Separation Business Line of Metso; Mikko Sorri, Vice President Separation Business Line of Metso; Wang Yanli, China Purchasing Director; and Yang Shudong, Senior Quality Manager of Metso, visited Daming Jingjiang manufacturing base.

Mr. Zhou Keming, Chairman of the Board of Daming International; Mr. Luo Zhihui, Vice President of Daming Heavy Industry; and Mr. Wang Xi, General Manager of Daming Energy Equipment, received them warmly.

During the discussion, General Manager Wang Xi introduced the company’s operating model and business situation in recent years, and reviewed the nine-year cooperation history between Daming and Metso. He said that Daming practices the strategy of Five Differentiations and provides differentiated services according to market demand. Looking forward to the overseas market and as an important strategic partner of Metso, Daming can give full play to its advantages in service center networks, service platforms and port terminals to serve Metso’s overseas projects more efficiently.

Teemu Kaarniemi, Senior Vice President of Metso, appreciated Daming’s material processing and “one-stop” supporting services.  He hoped that the two companies could strengthen cooperation and gain more market share together.

Accompanied by Vice President Luo Zhihui, Senior Vice President Teemu Kaarniemi and his delegation also visited Daming Jingjiang Base and Yangtze River Port Terminal, where he praised Daming’s advantages in material supply, processing capacity, logistics, and services, and fully recognized Daming for its high quality and fast delivery.

The two sides also reviewed and exchanged views on the progress of the cooperation project and discussed the future direction of cooperation. Both sides agreed to develop strategic cooperation around market demand, realize resource sharing, complement each other’s advantages, and make progress hand in hand to reach a new height, breadth and depth of cooperation.
